Everyone, absolutely everyone, wants a better life, a better world and a fairer and happier society. However, are we all willing to contribute to making this better world happen? The pandemic (not a top issue) has shown that, unfortunately, a large part of society, is only in the "discourse". And, and just go out to see: people without masks, crowds at every corner, crowded bars, parties here and there, and pitiful scenes of people arguing with the inspectors, protesting against the use of the mask, in short, something so meaningless, because if we want the best, we also have to do our best.
And, the question that does not want to remain silent: until when? how far will it all take us? Will we do better after this sad rite of passage is over? The stories we watch in the media are unfortunate: people who use the fragility of others, to take advantage, as in the case of those who can access benefits provided by the government, taking advantage of shady expedients.
And, as if these sad examples were not enough, we have the financial question. Companies shutting down, resulting in job losses, broken dreams, postponed and / or canceled projects, but I believe that all is not lost. And you know, why? Because it depends on each of us to believe that we can turn this “game” around.
Starting by believing in science (the discovery of a vaccine) in this incredible world, composed of health professionals. Besides, and above all, we are aware that we can improve as human beings, be more resilient, love a lot, fight the urge to complain, with great gratitude, the bad moments, do not last forever, let’s enjoy the good ones moments with an absurd determination to be very happy.
And, you who are reading this article, have one more reason to be thankful and, you know why? Because he is alive, he is able to access the internet, connect with the virtual world, a roof, food and, if he is unemployed, through the digital world, be able to find a beautiful job. Think with me, how good it is to be able to cultivate dreams and, most of all, believing that it is possible, however difficult it may seem. After all, everything that comes easy, loses much of its “glamor”.
