Without a doubt, we are living in difficult times, but it is also a time of great learning, such as: being supportive, feeling more love for ourselves, which is one of the best ways to love the other, looking at the world with the greatest meaning that, life, it has to be a give and take, in which selfishness has no time, to be grateful, instead of complaining, even in the most difficult moments. Well, all of the above statements should serve to create a path for something that can lead us to a better life, based on a powerful foundation, which goes by the name of positivity.
Some will say that it is easy to speak, but difficult to put into practice, in the moment that we are experiencing something so devastating, that is, Pandemic. However, while it is not easy, it is not impossible. Let's look around us: every day, even from where we don't expect, we receive lessons that show us that, one of the great secrets to overcome difficulties, has everything to do with our way of looking at life.
Look at this example: a street vendor who sells sweets, close to my house, despite all the difficulties, looks at me and says: “I thank you every day, for the Gift of Life, even with all my difficulties, I never complain, because I am alive, seeing my sweets on the street, I have two children and, a wife who lost her job, but I tell her, does not complain that you are alive and believes that you will be able to go back to work ”.
Guys, we all have problems, but knowing how to overcome it is an art. So, let's look around us. We see so many families, with no prospect of getting a job, without even having anything to eat, people torn apart by the pain of the loss of a loved one, thousands hospitalized, struggling to save themselves, medical teams on the brink of exhaustion and, even so, denying surrender, give up, because they know that giving up is not the option to be adopted.
And, I like this stubborn group that refuses to give up, I think that if we give up, what will be left? How will it be possible to exist the world of this and other generations? And, here are some suggestions: massive doses of Faith, positive thinking and having the gratitude, as an eternal companion, to complain, must be seen as a cruel enemy (to complain, means, to cry twice for bad things).
Furthermore, even if you do not profess any kind of religion, having Faith in yourself and in the existence of a Force Majeure, believe me, it will be possible to overcome. Before I forget: helping other people will strengthen you and make you feel that it is worth being alive, knowing that practicing positivity will make your world much, much better.
I hope that this article will serve as a reflection and feel how important it is to be part of the immense legion of those who know how to make a difference in their lives.
